    How a non-surgical 20-day therapy works

    NS100 is a peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS) system. A thin lead is placed near the peripheral nerves involved in your pain during a brief in-office procedure under topical anesthesia. There is no incision requiring stitches, no operating room, and no general anesthesia.

    You wear the device for 20 days, during which it delivers programmable, gentle electrical stimulation to help modulate pain signals. At the end of the 20-day window the leads are removed by your provider in a simple in-office visit — nothing is left in the body.

    Many patients have reported meaningful pain relief that continues for months after device removal. Individual results vary; your provider will set expectations based on your situation.

    How NS100 differs from a permanent implant

    Permanent spinal cord stimulators (SCS) require surgical implantation of leads near the spinal cord plus an implanted pulse generator, ongoing programming, battery replacement or recharging, and a separate surgical procedure if the device ever needs to be removed.
